Hello, you can call me Mopey Mouse or Missy Summers. Most call me Melissa.
I’m a mom, a partner, a writer, and a huge Disney Fan! Disney has always been a great source of joy in my life. Whether it was being transported to Agrabah or under the sea, listening to the motivational songs that told me "I can go the distance", or dreaming of finding my happily ever after. Disney was my favourite escape from an early age.
I also live with PCOS, Chronic Depression and Generalized Anxiety Disorder so mental health has become an important part of my life, both in addressing my own, and in helping those I love around me, and now online with all of you.
Other passions include reading, writing (obviously), and photography. I love the fantasy and paranormal genres, where the unbelievable becomes believable. I have a passion for music and have a soft spot for unicorns, the 80's and chocolate. Oh, and I am obsessed with pretty and nerdy mugs, notebooks and pajamas.

I am a massive Space and Tolkien nerd as well as a professional musician named Daniel. Disney has always been a massive influence for me in life and musically -- especially movies like Aladdin and the Emperor's New Grove.
Dealing with many things including chronic illnesses such as severe asthma, HEDS, and chronic migraines has caused me to become a touch disillusioned and I do my best to cope with dark humour and fantasy genres. I'm a massive fan of horror as well.
As a bereaved parent who has lost two daughters -- one to RSV and one to Bone Cancer -- I have a very deep and personal relationship with grief, love, hope, loss and sorrow. As an empath, and autistic adult my grief, and anxiety have fused in to a sense of knowing just how important it is to put an immense amount of love energy out in to the world.
I believe pajamas are fashion statements, and coffee is the necter of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Find joy in the small things because it's the every day stuff that keeps you going.
